What's with the name PIPAL? How do you pronounce it?
Pipal is pronounced like the word "PEOPLE." The "pipal" tree in South Asia is commonly used as a meeting place where the day's activities, issues and concerns are addressed. It's also called the Bodhi tree and as legend would have it, the Buddha achieved enlightenment when he was meditating under that tree.
We like your work. Your style matches our expectations. We want to book you for our wedding date(s). Now what do we do?
Great! Contact Seshu via the contact form. Tell him a little bit about your wedding plans. When is it? Where will take place? How many guests are you expecting? Do you have any special requests? The more information Seshu has, the easier it is for him to tailor a custom package for you.
Do you shoot formal portraits?
Absolutely! Most of our portfolio images may appear to be candid, but we do set aside some time to photograph just the bride and groom and also a limited number of portratis of family and friends with the couple.
What do you use: Film or digital?
Digital. 100%. We only use professional digital SLR cameras to capture your images.
In the absence of film negatives, how do you save my images?
Everything is carefully archived on hard-drives and DVDs and stored in at least two different locations.
We really are looking for a videographer as well. Can you help us find one?
Absolutely! Contact us and we'll be happy to send you a short list of preferred vendors who match our philosophy and work ethic.
We have more questions. How do we contact you?
